Pod Layer
The last layer of Container Visibility object is the Pod Layer, it is the smallest color coded hexagon.
The coded color is determined by the images inside with the highest vulnerability severity level.
Clicking on the pod will show the images with pod details. The number under image represents the number of images inside the pod, it is determined by the last cluster scan.
There are pods with grey color means that there are no images from the pod that is registered or accessible by Container Protection.
Important: The images with different digests will receive separate vulnerability severity level. Image Digest is being used to identify different images. The inaccessible images with N/A status will have no details available.
The dotted line between the pods represents the traffic between the pods. Connections details shows the Inbound and Outbound traffic. For more details, please see Container Traffic.
Pod Details
Replica - Replica is the number of duplicate pods deployed in this deployment. When there are multiple replicas, they are aggregated and displayed as a single pod.
There are 3 different states of the replica:
- D stands for Desired: the number of pods intended to be deployed.
- C stands for Current: the number of pods installed.
- R stands for Ready: the number of pods up and running.
For Example, in the pod details above, there are 3 replicas, and they are installed successfully and running.
Container - The number of containers in the pod, container names are shown below the Pod details.
Age - The number of days the pod has been deployed.
Label - Labels are value pairs attached to the pod, they are used to identify attributes. When clicked on the number, all the labels will pop-up.
