Free Up Storage Guardian License Seat Space

There is storage usage allowance based on Storage Guardian license seat, and to prevent license seat over usage, free up storage usage on storage accounts to free up storage usage. This feature only works on cloud storages that have Storage Guardian usage and are already turned off.

1. Go to Admin > Account from menu and select Storage Management tab.
2. Look for the accounts with Storage Guardian already turned off and have Storage Guardian usage.



3. Click Action button and select Free Up Storage Usage to free up the Storage Usage on the account.

Note: It will take 24 hours to release storage usage.

Also look for storage accounts that can free up storage usage in Ineligible Storage.
