extender

Use these commands to perform the following FortiExtender operations:

  • Delete FortiExtender images uploaded to the FortiGate.
  • Dial into the configured service provider.
  • Hang up or disconnect from the current service provider.
  • List uploaded FortiExtender images.
  • Push a FortiExtender image from the FortiGate to a connected FortiExtender.
  • Restart a FortiExtender .
  • Restart the FortiExtender process running on the FortiGate.
  • Upload a FortiExtender from an FTP or TFTP server to the FortiGate.

Syntax

execute extender delete-fortiextender-image  Delete FortiExtender images.

execute extender dial  Force FortiExtender to dial.
        {SN}   FortiExtender serial number.

execute extender hangup  Force FortiExtender to hangup.
        {SN}   FortiExtender serial number.

execute extender list-fortiextender-image  List FortiExtender images.

execute extender push-fortiextender-image  Push FortiExtender image to a managed FortiExtender.
        filename   FortiExtender image filename.
            sn   FortiExtender serial number.

execute extender reset-fortiextender  Restart managed FortiExtender.
        {all}|{SN}   FortiExtender serial number.

execute extender restart-fortiextender-daemon  Restart ForExtender AC daemon.

execute extender upload-fortiextender-image ftp  Upload FortiExtender image from FTP server.
        {string}   FortiExtender image file name on the remote server.
            {ftp server}[:ftp port]   FTP server IP, can be attached with port.
                {Enter}|{user}   FTP username may be needed.
                    {passwd}   FTP password.

 

execute extender upload-fortiextender-image tftp  Upload FortiExtender image from TFTP server.
        {string}   File name on the TFTP server.
            {ip}   IP address of TFTP server.
