Attribute Mapping

Both IdPs and SPs can have different attributes configured which are different than the examples we gave where all attributes are just simply "username" for everything. Let's suppose our IdP used "idp_username" as the attribute to identify usernames and then our SP used "sp_username" to identify usernames. Then in this case we would need to make a mapping on both our IdP and our SP setting. This is how you would configure the attribute mapping according to this example in this case:
