Auto-archiving SaaS apps
You can automatically archive SaaS apps if they are not reported in browser activity within a configured time frame. Follow the steps below to set this up.
How to auto-archive SaaS apps
- In the FortiDLP Console, on the sidebar menu, click
. - Under General, select the SaaS apps tab.
- Turn the Auto-archive unused SaaS apps toggle on.
- In the Days field, enter a number of days for which an app must be unused for auto-archiving to occur.
- Click Save.
Apps archived by this rule will transition to the state Archived.
