Reopening cases

If you want to investigate a closed case, you can reopen it by following these steps.

How to reopen a case

1. In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click .
2. In the Closed cases panel, click the relevant case.
3. On the top-right corner of the Case details page, click Reopen case.
