Closing cases

When you have finished investigating a case, you can close it.

The Cases module saves closed cases, so you can reopen a case if necessary. For details on this, see Reopening cases.

How to close a case

1. In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click .
2. In either the Open cases or the By Fortinet Cyber Analysts panel, click the relevant case.
3. On the top-right corner of the Case details page, click Close case.
   
4. In the Close case dialog box, click Confirm.
