Editing SaaS app risk scores

To edit an individual app's risk score or edit multiple app risk scores at one time, follow these instructions.

How to edit an individual SaaS app's risk score

1. In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click .
2. Select the Inventory tab.
3. Optionally, filter the apps in the table by entering a query into the search bar at the top of the page. For details about the supported search properties, see SaaS app search properties.
4. In the table, at the end of the row of the relevant app, click> Edit risk score.
5. In the Risk score menu, select a score to assign to the app.
   
6. Click Confirm.

How to bulk edit multiple SaaS app risk scores

1. In the FortiDLP Console, on the sidebar menu, click .
2. Select the Inventory tab.
3. Optionally, filter the apps in the table by entering a query into the search bar at the top of the page. For details about the supported search properties, see SaaS app search properties.
4. Above the table, on the right side of the page, click> Edit risk score.
5. In the Risk score menu, select a score to assign to all apps in the table.
   
6. Click Confirm.
