Deleting cases
When you finish investigating a case, you can permanently delete it so it no longer shows in the FortiDLP Console.
How to delete a case
- In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click
.
- In either the Open cases, Closed cases, or By Fortinet Cyber analysts panel, click the relevant case.
- On the top-right corner of the Case details page, click
> Delete case.

- In the Delete case dialog box, click Delete.
