Registration
The FortiGate must be registered to have full access to Fortinet Customer Service and Support, and FortiGuard services.
To register your FortiGate:
- Connect to the FortiGate GUI. A message is shown stating that FortiCare registration is required.
- Click Register Now.
- If you already have a support account, set Action to Login, and enter the required information.
If you need to create an account, set Action to Create Account, and enter the required information.
- Click OK.
- Go to System > FortiGuard.
- In the License Information table, the FortiCare Support status is Registered. There may be a delay before the status is updated on your FortiGate.
