Display message

Display message

Requirements: Windows or macOS. Manual (operator-initiated) message actions can only be performed for Agents earlier than 11.0.1

The display message action enables you to display a custom message on users' computer screens. You can use this action to relay various types of information, increase accountability, and close training gaps. Messages display in the center of users' screens, on top of all open applications.

Example

For example, you can display a message to users that, upon a policy violation:

  • communicates a new security policy your organization is implementing.
  • requires user acknowledgement, input, and/or action, such as visiting a URL to find related training resources when a policy is breached.
