How to display a message on a managed node (for Agents earlier than 11.0.1)
- In the FortiDLP Console, on the left-hand sidebar, click .
- Filter for the relevant node. For guidance on this, see Nodes.
- In the Table tab, on the row of the node, click> Perform actions.
- In the Actions dialog box, click Display message.
- In the Display message dialog box, do the following:
- In the Title field, type a message title.
- In the Body field, type a few sentences for the message body.
The FortiDLP does not enforce character limits. We recommend entering a small message body to ensure it displays optimally.
- Optionally, in the URL field, type a URL.
- Click Display message.
The message will not display if you do not provide a title and body, or if you provide an invalid URL.
