Admin management

User management for FortiWeb Cloud is handled through FortiCloud, where you can add or delete users.

IAM users are the only admin type, and their permissions can be configured solely in FortiCloud without needing configuration in FortiWeb Cloud. Support for sub users and admin (legacy) users ends with the 24.3 release on July 4, 2024.

Starting with release 24.3, FortiWeb Cloud no longer supports role management.

Edit users

You can permissions of users by clicking the icon under Actions in your Admin Management dashboard, and enabling Custom Application Permissions.
