Fortinet provides customer service and support for FortiWeb Cloud WAF-as-a-Service. To submit a support ticket, you need to first register your serial number of FortiWeb Cloud on Fortinet Support site.
- Log in to FortiWeb Cloud, take note of the Serial Number at the bottom left corner.
- Go to https://support.fortinet.com/ and log in with your FortiCloud account. This is the account you use to log in to FortiWeb Cloud.
- Go to Services > Asset Management to start the registration process.
- Click Register Product, enter your Serial Number, choose the End User Type, and click Next to continue registering the service.
- Read Fortinet Service Terms & Conditions. Select I have read, understood and accepted the contract stated above to agree. Click Next.
- Review the registration summary. Click Finish.
Once the SN numbers are registered, you can view them through Services > Asset Management.
To submit a technical support tickets, you will be required to enter the serial number of an active license.
- Select Support > Create a Ticket.
- Select Technical Support Ticket, enter the serial number of a valid license, then click Submit Ticket.
