Disk (Windows)
The Disk plugin of agent resources lets you know how much space you have available on your server. This tool can be particularly useful for server management, for example you can trigger an alert when the disk space falls below a certain threshold.
To add a Disk check to your server first see Add FortiMonitor Agent checks if you have not already.
Control Panel Configuration
First scroll to Disk under the Windows plugin.
There are a number of metrics available to be monitored.

Physical Disk vs Logical Disk
You will notice two different disk space monitoring categories. For a more detailed explanation of the difference between physical disk and logical disk, please reference the below article:https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/askcore/2012/03/16/windows-performance-monitor-disk-counters-explained/
The disc metric will allow you to choose between monitoring the total free space in megabytes, or as a percentage. The “Options” drop-down will allow you to select which partition you would like to check, including the options to monitor the aggregate of all partitions on the server (this option is called “_Total”).
The specific number that this resource returns is defined by the above options, please take this into account if you choose to change your Alert Threshold for this resource.
You can add multiple Disk agent resources to one server if you would like, which is especially useful if you have a large number of partitions.
