Checker IP changes
We are updating the configuration and deployment of our global monitor nodes. Due to availability and upgrade paths at various local providers, we have a number of monitor nodes that will change IP addresses when we do these updates. If you apply firewall rules to any monitored applications which use these public monitor nodes, you may need to update your ruleset.
The planned time for these updates will be from January 8, 2024 to February 15, 2024. Provided your firewall rules are updated to allow the new and old IP addresses during this window, you should not notice any changes from these updates.
If you do not apply firewall rules to any of your public checks, there is nothing you need to do during this window.
Note: One monitor location will change as we migrate the monitor node currently in Adelaide, AU to Melbourne, AU. No suitable provider was identified in Adelaide to host an upgraded monitor node, so this move is necessary.
