Configuring Docusign application for SSO on Azure

  1. Login to the Azure portal. To create the Docusign application, from the Azure Active Directory, select Enterprise Applications from the Application type dropdown, and select Apply.

  2. Once created, open the Docusign application, and select Set up single sign on to begin the setup wizard.

  3. First, configure the settings under Basic SAML Configuration, according to the FortiMail device.

  4. You can find the required Entity ID and ACS URLin FortiMail under System > Customization > Single Sign On. The Sign on URL is the SSO landing page URL.

  5. Next, configure the User Attributes & Claims section as appropriate.

  6. The next step in the setup is necessary for configuring the FortiMail unit. Keep the setup open for the next section of the recipe.
