Import converted configuration to the device

Import converted configuration to the device

  1. Click the Import Config to start the import process.
  2. While importing, you can see the import progress and each of configuration status.
  3. After the import, you can view the import summary as well as successful, warning, error, and ignore configuration from this import.
  4. Users can select partial items to perform the partial import.
  5. To review or edit the configuration, you should use the CLI Viewer to see the difference and edit the converted configuration.
  6. The CLI diff result shows the difference in configuration.
  7. The CLI Tries to use the inline editor to edit the configuration and push it to the target device. (You can select which vdom you want to import to.)
  8. The CLI Notepad uses the input area to freely input the validated configuration and push it to the target device.
  9. The review-check is a reminder for you to check whether the configuration has been reviewed or not.
  10. The WARNING or the IGNORE status would prompt the root cause of the failed import. The reason may be an unsupported or modified command.
  11. Manually import the configuration to the device.

Ignore

The CLI is not supported to import by the REST API feature.

Partial select Only the select items are partially imported.

Enable the check icon on each item. After the CLI is manually fixed, you can memorize the item for the next reviewing.
