Saving the Tipping Point source configuration file
Before starting the conversion wizard:Tipping Point, save a copy of your configuration file to the computer where FortiConverter is installed.

To download addresses and address groups
- Click the Admin tab, located at the top.
- Click Named resources.
- Click the address or address group.
- Press Ctrl + A to select all.
- Copy and paste the selected address or address group to a text file.
- Repeat for all other addresses or address groups.
To download service and service groups
- Click the Profile tab, located at the top.
- Click Expand profiles.
- Click on Shared settings.
- Click on the service or service group.
- Press Ctrl + A to select all.
- Copy and paste the selected service or service group to a text file.
- Repeat for all other services and service groups.
To download policies
- Click the Profile tab, located at the top.
- Click Firewall profiles.
- Select a policy from the list.
- Click on an item.
- Press Ctrl + A to select all.
- Copy and paste the policy to a text file.
- Repeat for all other policies.
