Creating a certificate secret
To create a secret:
- Go to Secrets > Secrets.
- In Secrets List, select Create.
The Create New Secret in: dialog appears.
- Select the folder where you intend to add the secret.
- Select Create.
The New Secret window opens.
- Enter the secret name.
- Disable Target.
- From Template dropdown, select the Certificate Vault template.
- Optionally, enter a description.
- In the Fields pane:
- In Certificate, select Upload, from your management computer upload a certificate, and select Open.
- Optionally, upload or enter a private key.
- Optionally, enter a passphrase.
- Click Submit.
The certificate is created.
When the certificate secret is opened, the certificate status is displayed on the top-right under Certificate Detail.
