Enabling 2FA on FortiAuthenticator
To enable 2FA on the FortiAuthenticator RADIUS server:

Log in to FortiAuthenticator as an administrator.
- Go to Authentication > User Management > Remote Users.
- Select RADIUS and then double-click a remote RADIUS user to edit it.
- Enable One-Time Password (OTP) authentication, and:
- In Deliver token codes from, select FortiToken Cloud.
- In Deliver token code by, select Email.
- In the User Information pane, ensure that the email address of the user is entered in the Email field.
- Click OK.
- In the dialog that appears, enter the password to your FortiAuthenticator and then click Validate to validate the changes.
