My Assets

The My Assets pages displays all of all your registered devices. Click the tabs to view devices that meet the following criteria:

• All: All registered devices in FortiCloud.

• Onboarded: All devices onboarded to SOCaaS.

• Not onboarded: All entitled devices not onboarded to SOCaaS.

• About to Expire: All entitled devices with expiring SOCaaS license.

• Not Entitled: All registered devices not subscribed to SOCaaS.

To filter the list, click the filter icon () in the column heading or enter a term in the Search a device field. To view more pages in the list, click the arrow keys ( |< < > >|) at the bottom of the page. You can create a custom view of the assets list by clicking the menu icon () at the top right of the page and selecting the columns you want to display. Click the refresh icon () to refresh the data. To export the current view as a CSV file, click the download () icon.

The My Assets page includes a map showing the location of all assets that have a location set. The map is only displayed when at least one asset has a location specified. You can set an asset's location in the asset details page. See Asset details. The map automatically displays all assets with set locations, and you can navigate the map using your mouse or by clicking the + and - icons.

The My Assets page displays the following information:

ID	The device ID.
Device SN	The device serial number.
Host Name	The device's name on the network.
Entitlement Status	License entitlement status: Entitled: Devices with a valid SOCaaS license. Not Entitled: Devices without a valid SOCaaS license. About to Expire: Devices with a SOCaaS license which is about to expire within 30 days. Expired: Devices with a SOCaaS license which has expired.
Logging	A green checkmark indicates the device is logging to SOCaaS Cloud.
Onboarded Status	Onboarded status: Onboarded: The device is onboarded, which is indicated by a green checkmark. Not Onboarded: The device is not onboarded. Not Monitored: The device is not monitored due to expired license.
License Expiry	The date the SOCaaS license expires.
Platform	The device platform type.
Description	The device's description. You can configure this field to provide a description of the device.
Location	The physical location of the device. You can configure this field to include the device's location on the device location map.
HA Mode	A green circle indicates the device is part of an HA cluster.
HA Role	The asset's HA role.
IP Address	The IP address for the device.
Created On	The date the device was onboarded.

Asset details

Click a device to view the asset details. The asset details page shows the device location on a map if the location has been specified. Click the edit icon in the Location (City) field to edit the location for that device. When setting a location, the SOCaaS portal will provide auto-complete suggestions.
