SOCaaS portal for MSSP

The SOCaaS portal includes a number of additional features for MSSP users.

• Selecting MSSP clients to display in the portal
• MSSP widgets
• Client name are displayed in list pages
• Assigning clients in service request details pages

Selecting MSSP clients to display in the portal

• SOCaaS portal for MSSP users includes a clients dropdown menu. Select the clients dropdown to view the clients associated with the MSSP account.

  • Selecting All Clients displays all SOCaaS items (assets, reports, requests, etc.) for all clients managed by the MSSP.

  • Selecting a specific client will display only SOCaaS items in the portal that are associated with the selection.

MSSP widgets

• The SOCaaS portal landing page includes the following charts which contain information about the client(s) selected in the client dropdown menu:

• On the SOCaaS portal Dashboard, the following widgets are displayed when All Clients is selected in the clients dropdown menu.

  • SOC Monitoring Summary: Displays the number of monitored MSSP clients.

  • Alerts by Clients: Displays the number of alerts by client as a donut chart.
    

Client name are displayed in list pages

• The Client Name column is added to all SOCaaS portal list pages.

  • When All Clients are selected from the clients dropdown, all MSSP clients are displayed and this column can be used to identify which items in the list belong to each client.
    

  • When a specific client is selected from the clients dropdown, only items belonging to that client are displayed and the Client Name column displays the selected client.
    

Assigning clients in service request details pages

• When reviewing service request details, you can add or remove clients directly assigned to a service request from the details page.

• Assigning a client to a service request allows you to track which service requests belong to which customers. When viewing the list of service requests in the SOCaaS portal, you can filter the requests by client name.
