Accessing SOCaaS portal

To access the SOCaaS portal:
  1. Log in to FortiCloud.
  2. In the FortiCloud banner, click Services > Cloud Services > SOCaaS.

Welcome page

The welcome page provides a snapshot of your subscription service as well as quick-links for making service requests, documentation and Outbreak Alerts from FortiGuard. You can view the welcome page at any time by clicking SOC AS-A-SERVICE at the top of left-hand navigation. New resources, videos, and news added to the SOCaaS Portal are marked with a New label so they can be easily identified.

  • To change the portal theme click the Theme menu and select Light or Dark.

  • To switch accounts, click the Account menu and select Switch Accounts.

User management

The SOCaaS portal supports both Master/Sub User and IAM User management models. See Identity & Access Management (IAM) > User management models.

IAM user roles

Identity & Access Management (IAM) User roles can create and manage campaigns depending on their permissions. For information about creating IAM users, go to Identity & Access Management (IAM) > Adding IAM users.

Admin View assets and alerts, change the alert status, and make service requests.
Read/Write View assets and alerts, change the alert status, and make service requests.
Read Only View alerts, service requests, and assets.
