Reports

The SOCaaS portal includes default reports that are generated every Sunday. The reports cover the previous week's data (Sunday to Saturday inclusive). Each report's cover page includes specific information about the data range included, and when the report was generated.

To filter the list, click the filter icon () in the column heading or enter a term in the Search a Report field. To view more pages in the list, click the arrow keys ( |< < > >|) at the bottom of the page. You can create a custom view of the reports list by clicking the menu icon () at the top right of the page and selecting the columns you want to display.

You can click on a report name to view the report in another browser tab, or click the download icon () next to the report name to download it as a PDF.

The following reports are available:

Report Name	Description
SOC Monitoring	Weekly report on overall SOC monitoring including monitored devices, escalated alerts and processed service requests which are demonstrated in different charts and breakdowns based on type, severity, status and timeline.
FGT Threat Protection	Weekly report on FortiGate threat detection and prevention such as Malware, Intrusion, Botnet activity, Malicious Domain and URL access, data exfiltration and other important insights which provides visibility on effectiveness of Firewalls and their configurations.
FGT Configuration Tuning	Weekly report on threats detected but not contained or blocked due to FortiGate configuration set to monitor only. Report provides sections on AV, IPS, Application Control, Web Filter and DNS Filter Security Profiles. Furthermore Firewall policy, security profile details and tuning guides will be provided to help with remediation of potential misconfigurations.
FGT Logging	Weekly report on FortiGate logging health and rates with breakdown on different types.
FGT Health	Weekly report on FortiGate devices' health based on FortiGate System event logs including CPU and Memory resources usage, HA failure, FortiAnalyzer connectivity and other important events.
FGT Application Control Insights	Weekly report with deeper insights into application usage, such as Cloud and SaaS, remote access, evasive and tunneling, botnet and crypto mining, IoT and more.
