Configuring the auto attendant
- Go to Call Feature > Auto Attendant > Auto Attendant and click New.
- Enter a Name and set the Default language.
- Select a Greeting mode, and select the desired sound file for the Greeting.
- Enter the amount of time that the phone will ring before being answered, and the time out and invalid input settings.
- Before you click Create, configure the dial pad key action settings in Configuring key actions.
