Configuring key actions
Configure the auto attendant keys for caller to use when navigating through the auto attendant hierarchy.
- Under Dial Pad Key Action, click New.
- Map keys with the appropriate Language and Action, and any additional settings according to the action selected.
In this example, the Dial Pad Key Action section shows number 2 assigned to the technical support call queue.
Additional advanced settings can be optionally configured in Configuring advanced settings (optional).
