Filtering takedown requests
You can filter the takedown requests or search for specific Ticket numbers on the Take Down page.
To filter requests by category and status:

Go to Brand Protection > Take Down.
- Filter requests by a date range:
- Click Filter By Date Range. Two calendars are displayed.
- In the left calendar, select a month, year, and day to specify the start date of the range.
- In the right calendar, select a month, year, and day to specify the end date of the range.
Only requests from the date range are displayed.
- Click the Filter By Date Range box, and click X to remove the date range filter.

Search for keywords:

In the Type and hit Enter to Search box, type a Ticket number, and press Enter.
The requests are filtered to display only requests with the keyword.

Click the X beside the keyword to remove the filter.

Select the request category in the Category dropdown.

Select the current status of the request from the Status dropdown:

Requested: You have requested that the fraudulent product be taken down.

Acknowledged: The FortiRecon team has acknowledged that they have received the request for takedown.

Work In Progress: The FortiRecon team is currently working on taking down the fraudulent product.

Closed: The fraudulent product has been taken down and the ticket has been closed.
The tickets that match the set filters are displayed.
