Install templates and policy packages to model devices

We will now install the template settings along with the policy package to the branch devices so when they connect, all configuration will be sent to the branch devices.

To install templates and policy packages to model devices:

1. From Device Manager, select Install Wizard from the top navigation bar.

2. From the Install Wizard menu, select Install Policy Package & Device Settings.

   1. Select Branch_Policy for Policy Package, and click Next.

   2. Verify the branch model devices are selected, and click Next.

   3. After FortiManager completes Interface Validation and Policy and Object Validation, it will be ready to install.

   4. You can click Install Preview to review the settings that will be pushed to the Branches.

   5. Note that the Status reflects Copy Only.

   

3. Select Install and once Installed successfully appears, click Finish to close the install wizard.

4. Note that the branches Policy Package status and Provisioning Templates status show a green checkmark.
