Configuring banned word options in an AntiSpam Profile
- Go to Profile > AntiSpam > AntiSpam and click New, or edit an existing profile.
- Enter a Profile name.
- Under Scan Configurations, enable Banned word and click Configuration.
- In the Banned Word Configuration window, click New.
- Enter the word/s you wish to be banned in the Banned Word field.
- Enable both Subject and Body to let FortiMail scan both the subject line and body of the email for the banned word.
- Click OK.
