Creating the Azure AD Domain Services instance
First, you must follow the Azure AD Domain Services setup wizard.

Go to https://portal.azure.com and login to your Microsoft account.

From the Microsoft Azure landing page, under Azure services, select Azure AD Domain Services.

Select Create.

Follow the wizard as required, configuring your necessary networking, administration, and synchronization parameters.

At the end of the wizard, verify your configuration and select Create.
