Deploying FortiGate-VM in paravirtualized or emulated mode

This process consists of the following steps:

1. Creating a virtual cloud network (VCN) and public-facing subnets
2. Creating a security list
3. Creating a route table for the internal network
4. Creating an internal network subnet
5. Creating a FortiGate-VM instance
6. Attaching storage to the FortiGate-VM
7. Accessing the FortiGate-VM
8. Creating the second virtual network interface (VNIC)
9. Configuring the second VNIC on the FortiGate-VM
10. Enabling jumbo frame on the second VNIC
11. Changing the protected network's default route
