Editing users
All organization members with FortiRecon accounts are listed on the Users tab. Administrators can edit the information of other members.
You cannot edit an email address. |
To edit a user account:

Go to Profile Settings > Users and find the account you want to edit.

Click Edit. The Client Info page is displayed.
- On the Client Info page, complete any of the following options as needed, and click Next.
Name
Type a new name for the user.
Mobile
Type a new mobile phone number for the user.
API Key
Select Re-generate API to create a new API Key. This can be done when it is suspected that the API Key has been compromised or leaked.
Role
Select a new role from the Role dropdown.
The Permissions page is displayed.
- Select a new User Template from the dropdown, if needed. The Main Modules, Sub Modules, and Access are adjusted to the template's settings.
- Click Save. The user information and access permissions are updated.
