diagnose cp cp9kxp

Use these commands to manage the KXP crypto processor (version 9):

diagnose cp cp9kxp register <CP9_ID>   View the CP9-KXP registers.
diagnose cp cp9kxp stats <CP9_ID>   View the CP9-KXP statistics.
diagnose cp cp9kxp prng_test <round> <buffer_count> <buffer_size> [dump]   Test the CP9 PRNG.
diagnose cp cp9kxp trng_test <chip_ID> <buffer_size> [dump]   Test the CP9 TRNG.
diagnose cp cp9kxp prng_reseed   Test the CP9 PRNG reseed.
