Every policy change generates a revision and administrator is prompted to add a change note.
The following commands performed from the policy table that modify policy content will prompt a change note dialogue to be displayed. When the object-revision-mandatory-note
command is enabled (default), you must enter a change note.

Directly edit an object selection from the object cell (i.e. the edit icon in the top-right corner).

Right-click to add/edit/remove an object.

Right-click to cut/copy and paste an object.

Drag-and-drop an object from the side pane.
The change note dialogue is also displayed when attempting to save a policy or object form without providing a change note.
