Maximum value for the proxy address table has been increased to 400K to allow a large number of FortiProxy to be managed under the same ADOM.
Example:

A proxy address is created in the FortiProxy ADOM.

The proxy address objects can be seen in the Firewall Objects > Proxy Address table.

Firewall policies use the proxy addresses.

The policy packages are installed to FortiProxy devices.
