A filter function is available for Device Manager table columns.

To filter Device Manager table columns:

1. Go to Device Manager > Device & Groups.

2. Hover over a column header. The filter icon appears for columns where you can apply filter conditions.
   

3. Configure the filter conditions, and click Apply.

   • When a filter is applied, the column name is highlighted to indicate that a filter is active.
     

   • Keyword suggestions are listed in the filter dialog under Suggestions. You can select a suggestion and apply it to the filter.
     

   • You can select multiple suggested items. In the example below, both the Fortinet and Google keywords are selected.
     

   • You can choose to reverse the filter by toggling NOT on the filter dialog. In this example, the table will display all items excluding the ones identified with Fortinet or Google as the Company/Organization (Device) name.
     

   • You can manually type a letter/keyword/substring into the filter search bar. As you type, suggestions are automatically updated to show potential matching results from the unique values for the current column.
     

   • You can use the Exact Match option so that only results that match the keyword exactly are included in the filter.
     

   • Multiple columns can be filtered at the same time.
