Service debugging

You can debug FIC service using the Log & Report > Authentication Logs /Management Logs on the FIC admin portal if your end users are unable to authenticate using FIC. The Authentication Logs show authentication requests and responses, and the Management Logs show management events such as adding, deleting, or updating users.

To check the status of the FIC server, click Help on the main menu, and select the Status Monitoring tab.
