Submitting feedback
The SOCaaS portal occasionally displays a short feedback survey to rate the quality of the service. We encourage you to participate in these surveys to help us improve the service experience.
Onboarding survey:
The Onboarding Feedback survey will display after you click Submit in the Onboarding wizard. If you do not complete the survey, it will appear again the next time you log in to the portal.
Quarterly survey:
The Quarterly Feedback Survey will display automatically when you log into the portal the first five days of each quarter.
Feedback button:
You can provide feedback at anytime by clicking the Feedback button at the bottom of the page.
