Alert escalation
The Fortinet SOC team will send you an email notification when an alert is escalated. The email contains the Alert ID, Alert Severity, Alert Type, and Detection Time.
The Fortinet SOC team provides alert triage and mitigation steps in the SOC Analysis and SOC Recommendations line items which can be viewed in an alert's details. See Viewing alert details.
Outgoing phone call escalations
As the SOC operations team provides 24/7 support, phone call escalations will come from one of the following numbers, depending on the time of day.
These numbers are outgoing phone numbers only and can not be used to call the SOCaaS support team. Please use one of the contact methods described in the Frequently Asked Questions document to contact the SOCaaS support team. |
