Technical web chat
You can join a live chat with a FortiCare New support employee using the Technical Web Chat page. Live chats can be useful for asking general questions about FortiCare New products and services.
To join a web chat:

Go to Technical Web Chat.

Select a product model from the Product Model dropdown list.

Select a serial number from the SN# list. The Technical Assistance Web Chat Request page opens.

Enter your information in the First Name, Last Name, and Email fields.

Enter information about your question in the Question/Problem field.

Click Continue. The live chat feature will open.
