Migrating to IAM user

Support for sub-user and Admin (Legacy) accounts, along with the Global > Administrators > Role Management page and its functionalities, ended with the release of version 24.3 on July 4, 2024.

For instructions on how migrating sub users, refer to Migrating sub users. For instructions on adding new IAM users, see Adding IAM users.

All IAM users have their permissions managed through FortiCloud via permission profiles. Therefore, it is essential to create the appropriate permission profiles for them in FortiCloud. For how to create permission profiles in FortiCloud, see Permission profiles.
