Applying the PRI gateway configuration

The FortiVoice phone system stores a gateway configuration file. Perform this procedure to apply the gateway configuration file to the PRI gateway.

Procedure steps

1. In the GUI of the FortiVoice phone system, go to Managed System > Gateway, and then click the PRI Gateway tab.
2. Review the list to find and select the gateway to which you want to apply the configuration file.
3. If you want to apply the configuration file to a single gateway:
   1. Click Actions > Apply Configuration.

   FortiVoice displays the following message:

   Do you want to update the selected gateway?

   2. Click Yes.

   FortiVoice applies configuration changes to the dial plan routes of the PRI gateway.

   With a successful update, the PRI gateway displays the following message:

   The gateway update is complete.

   <gateway_name>

   3. Click OK.
4. If you want to apply the configuration file to multiple gateways:
   1. Click Actions > Start Config Job.
   2. Select All or Selected.
   3. Enter the configuration job name and complete the job schedule.
   4. Click Create.
   5. Click Go To Jobs to view, delete, or stop the configuration job.
