Schedules

Schedules

At Resources > Automation > Playbooks, from the Schedules tab, you can view existing schedules for running playbooks. From the Actions column, you can start or halt a schedule. Click on the Settings Schedule icon to get a list of further actions: Trigger Now, Edit and Delete. Trigger Now allows you to immediately start a schedule. Selecting Edit allows you to edit an existing schedule, and selecting Delete will remove the schedule.

Creating a Schedule

From Resources > Automation > Playbooks, on the Schedules tab, to create a schedule, click + Create Schedule, and take the following steps.

  1. In the Name field, enter a name for the schedule.

  2. Toggle Active either on or off, to make it active or inactive.

  3. From the Reference drop-down, select a playbook.

  4. Under Frequency, use the GUI to configure the period of time when the schedule will run.

  5. From the Timezone drop-down, select the time zone for the schedule.

  6. Check the Limit Execution to one active instance at a time checkbox if you wish to have this configuration for your schedule.

  7. Use the GUI to select the Start Date and End Date.

  8. When done, click Save.
