Set allowed TLS version for HTTPS service.

set-tlsver <option>

Option	Description
-h	Help information.
-l	Show current TLS versions.
-r	Reset to default versions.
-e	Set the allowed TLS versions. `1` and `2` are for TLS 1.1 and 1.2 respectively. Separate versions with `\|`, for example `-e1\|2` will enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2. TLSv1.0 is not supported.
