Adding an ACS system

Adding an ACS system

To integrate FortiRecorder with an access control system (ACS), specify the ACS connection, login credentials, and event actions.

To add an ACS system

  1. Go to ACS > Configuration > ACS.
  2. Configure the following settings:

    Setting Name

    Description

    Status

    Enable to use this ACS server.

    Type

    Currently only Kantech EntraPass is supported.

    User Name

    Enter the ACS user name.

    Password

    Enter the password of the ACS user name.

    Address

    Enter the IP address of the ACS server.

    Port

    Enter the listening port number of the ACS server.

    Secure

    Enable if the ACS server requires secure connections (HTTPS).

    Actions

    For each ACS event type (Door open, etc.), select the action that it triggers on FortiRecorder:
