FortiSwitch templates
FortiSwitch templates define VLAN, and PoE assignments for a FortiSwitch platform.
To view FortiSwitch templates, ensure that you are in the correct ADOM, go to FortiSwitch Manager > FortiSwitch Templates, and select FortiSwitch Templates in the tree menu.
The following options are available in the toolbar and right-click menu:

Create New |
Create a new FortiSwitch template. See Creating FortiSwitch templates. |

Edit |
Edit the selected template. |

Delete |
Delete the selected template or templates. |

Import |
Import a FortiSwitch template. See Importing FortiSwitch templates. |
|
Column Settings |
Adjust the visible columns. |
|
Search |
Enter a search string into the search field to search the template list. |
To edit a template:
- Either double-click a template name, right-click a template and select Edit, or select a template then click Edit in the toolbar. The Edit FortiSwitch Template pane opens.
- Edit the settings as required, then click OK to apply your changes.
To delete templates:
- Select the template or templates that will be deleted.
- Either click Delete from the toolbar, or right-click and select Delete.
- Click OK in the confirmation dialog box to delete the selected template or templates.
