Importing the image
To import the image:

In the Oracle Cloud menu, go to Compute > Custom Images.

Click Import Image. Complete the fields.

Select Import from an Object Storage bucket and select the previously configured Bucket and uploaded Object, or select Import from an Object Storage URL and enter the URL link obtained in Obtaining the deployment image file and placing it in your bucket.

Under Image type, select QCOW2.

Under Launch mode, select EMULATED MODE. Native mode is not supported.

Click Import Image.

You have now imported the image. Wait until the Importing... status changes to Available. After the change, go to the image.
