Changing FortiAP settings

Use this procedure to change the settings of a FortiAP device.

When you configure a FortiAP device, you can apply or change the following settings:

• Tags
• Sites
• Platform Profiles (Use the default profile or a custom profile. See the FortiAP Platform Profile procedure) and Overrides (See the Overriding FortiAP Settings procedure.)
• Admin (Telnet, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, SNMP) and Admin Password
• Firmware (See the Upgrading a FortiAP device procedure.)
• Undeploy (See the Undeploying a FortiAP device procedure.)

Procedure steps

1. In the menu bar, click Access Points.
2. In the navigation pane, click Edit View.
3. In the table, locate the row for the FortiAP device to configure and click on the AP Actions tab.
   
   
4. Edit settings as required.
5. To save the changes, click Apply.
