Cloning a configuration file
When you clone a configuration file from one FortiSwitch unit, you can edit the clone and then apply it on a different FortiSwitch unit.
To clone a configuration file:
- Select the configuration file that you want to clone and click Clone.
- Select the serial number of the FortiSwitch unit that you want to use the edited configuration file on.
- Make the changes to the configuration file.
- Enter a description of your changes.
- Select Ok.
The clone is listed in the Config Backup/Restore pane.
