Device tab
Use the System > Settings > Device tab to configure startup settings, such as FortiConverter access and whether firmware can be installed from a USB stick.
To configure the Device tab:

Go to System > Settings > Device. The Device tab is displayed.

Under Start up settings, configure the following options:
Allow FortiConverter to obtain config file once
Enable/disable FortiConverter to obtain a configuration file from FortiGate once. See also Migrating a configuration with FortiConverter. USB auto-install
On restart, automatically update the named firmware and/or configuration if found on the connected USB key.
Detect configuration
Enter the name of the configuration file. Detect firmware
Enter the name of the firmware file.

Under Disk settings, view the disk usage setting for logging and WAN optimization.

Click Apply to save the changes.
